AP and APR combine PRiME technology and signal conditioning in a single package. AP’s average output suits sinusoidal AC loads; APR’s True RMS output handles distorted waveforms such as VFD and inverter outputs where average-sensing transducers under-read due to harmonic content. A 3-position range switch on the unit selects the input range; output type is selectable between 0–5V, and 0–10V DC.

AP operates over a bandwidth of 30Hz–2kHz; APR extends this to 30Hz–6kHz to accurately calculate harmonic content in distorted waveforms. Both models feature an 18mm diameter aperture.
